Astral Terminal is a fan-made site for Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail: scanning public profiles, scoring artifacts and relics, tracking wish and warp history, and comparing damage builds. Both games are treated the same way throughout, so everything below applies to either one unless it says otherwise. This page lists what the site stores, why, who else sees it, and how to delete it.

It is run by J, contact [email protected]. There is also a Discord, but email is the more reliable route.

Most of the site needs no account

Scanning a UID, reading leaderboards and using the calculators require no sign-up and store nothing about you personally. An account is only needed to link a UID to your name, import wish or warp history, save a loadout, put your name on leaderboard entries, or have an Astral Profile.

What we store

WhatWhyWho can see it
Email address, and a password if you sign up with emailTo have an account. Passwords are hashed by our auth provider; we never see them. If you sign in with Google or Discord, they confirm who you are and send us your email address. You and us.

Verification codesTo prove a UID is yours through your in-game signature. Valid ten minutes. You and us. Deleted automatically.
Wish and warp history - item, banner, timestamp, pityPity counters and your own pull statistics, in both games. Your pulls also count in the site-wide pull statistics, as totals with no name or UID attached.Private by default. Shared only if you switch that UID’s tracker to public.

Feedback and reports - what you write in the feedback form, and art you reportSo we can read and act on it.Feedback is posted with your username in the bug-report and suggestion channels of our Discord server. Reports go to the moderators only.

Scanning a UID that is not yours

Anyone can scan any UID, and the result is cached. An in-game showcase is public, and we read only what the game already shows to anyone who looks. The cache is keyed to the UID rather than to a site account, so it exists whether or not that player has ever signed up here. If a cached showcase is yours and you want it gone, ask us.

The same applies to leaderboards: opening a UID’s Leaderboards tab ranks the builds on its showcase, whoever opens it and whether or not that player has an account here. Those entries show no name until the owner verifies the UID.

What we never store

No game credentials, ever - verification is a code you put in your own in-game signature, never a password. We do not ask for your real name, address, date of birth or payment details, because nothing here is paid for.

Who else your data reaches

  • Supabase - the database, the login system and uploaded files all live on their infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare - hosts and serves the site, and like any host processes connection data including IP addresses to deliver pages and absorb abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and page load times. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other sites.
  • Enka.Network - where public showcase data comes from. When you scan a UID, the request goes through our server, which asks Enka for the showcase: Enka sees our server, not your IP address. Leaderboard scoring and UID verification also fetch the showcase from Enka server-to-server.
  • HoYoverse - only if you import wish or warp history. The history link you paste is passed through our server to HoYoverse’s own record service, which is the only way to fetch your pulls from a web page. The link is used for that import and never stored; only the pulls themselves are saved.
  • Discord - if you click through to the community server, and when you send feedback from the site, which is posted there with your username.
  • Google or Discord sign-in - only if you choose it. They handle the login and tell us your email address.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit.

Cookies and local storage

A login session is kept so you are not signed out on every page. Beyond that the site uses your browser’s local storage for preferences - display settings, roster order, whether the tour is open. None of that leaves your device, and none of it is used for tracking.

How long it is kept

  • Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are purged automatically.
  • Released usernames are held 30 days, then become claimable again.
  • Everything else is kept while your account exists.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. That removes your profile, linked UIDs, wish and warp history, saved loadouts, achievements, cosmetics, uploaded images, XP, tutorial progress, pinned profiles, follows, notifications and reactions, in both games.

Three things are kept:

  • Leaderboard entries stay, detached from you. The link to your account is removed and your name stops appearing, but the score stays on the board, so other players’ rankings don’t change. The same detachment happens immediately if you simply unlink a UID.
  • Cached showcase data stays, because it is keyed to a public game UID rather than to your site account, and is public information in the game itself. Ask us if you want a particular UID’s cache cleared.
  • Feedback you sent stays, without the link to your account. Posts already made on Discord stay there unless you ask us to remove them.

You can also remove most things yourself without deleting the account: unlink a UID in Settings, make a tracker private, or clear your status quote and cosmetics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how it is used. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it. If you are in the UK or the EU/EEA you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
