About Astral Terminal

What this is

Astral Terminal is a fan-made toolkit for Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. Give it a UID and it reads the public in-game showcase, scores the artifacts or relics on it, and places the build against everyone else who has submitted the same character. Alongside that it tracks wish and warp history with pity, and works out exact gacha probabilities for a given budget.

Scanning, the pull tracker, the damage boards and site profiles work the same way in both games. The site is free and has no ads. Every tool stays free: nothing on it sits behind a payment.

Who builds it

Astral Terminal is built and maintained by J as an independent side project.

If the site has been useful to you, you can support it on Patreon. It pays for the servers as more players join, and for the time it takes to model new characters. Supporters get cosmetic extras on their profile, never a tool or a better spot on a leaderboard.

The quickest way to get in touch is the Discord server. For anything that needs a record - data deletion, a takedown, a privacy question - write to [email protected].

Where the numbers come from

Build data for both games is read from the public in-game showcase through Enka.Network. Character, weapon, light cone and banner data is kept in step with the live game version rather than with a package release, so a character who went live this week is scannable this week.

Damage figures are modelled, not measured. Every leaderboard board is a fixed scenario - stated rotation, stated buffs, stated enemy - and each build is run through the same model, so numbers on the same board can be compared. They won’t match your own fights exactly. Every assumption, and the full list of boards, is on the methodology page.

Profile level counts breadth, not spending: it comes from how many different characters you have submitted and what you have done on the site, never from your scores. Damage follows constellations, eidolons and refinements, which cost money, so it earns no XP.

Privacy

Most of the site works with no account. Scanning reads only what the game already publishes. Wish and warp history is private to your account unless you choose otherwise; leaderboard entries and Astral Profiles are public by design. The full detail - including what happens when you delete your account - is on the privacy policy.
